Can someone help me write a PLD configuration fille

I'm trying to use a Digilent Basys 3 FPGA board with multisim 13 student edition, and I'm having trouble with making a PLD configuration file, the main reason being that I don't know how to identify which bank a node is on(I plan on typing it in manually in the text file rather than using the tool). If anyone can help me out with this, I would really appreciate it.

Is there a special reason for you to edit the file manually?

There are several tutorials online that you might find useful to get started with these tools:

I would recommend following this tutorial and then going into more advanced topics. What is the specific problem that you have found so far?
