Can someone help me set values to the components of an Overvoltage Detector circuit using UJT in Multisim?

I'm new to designing circuits and I haven't got a clue on how to assign values to components. I'm hoping someone could help me with this. I do know that there is a normal condition (with the lamp turned off) and an overvoltage condition in which the lamp is triggered during this event. I'm using 2N2646 for the UJT. Thank you so much!
