Black Screen of Death after Installing NI Manager

Hi Community,

As the title stated, after finishing installing the software (Multisim 14.3), I was prompted to restart my computer (ASUS running Windows 11). Then this error message showed up. I couldn't do anything except reset my laptop. I tried again, same thing happened.

I am wondering if anyone has encountered the same issue or if there is any solution to this.
