Basic question: diagonal wire to connect two components.

Hi.

Can i connect two components diagonally using a diagonal wire? for instance, i would like to build a wheatstone bridge as it appears here. Can i do so with multisim? So far i have noticed that wires can be placed horizontally or vertically only.

Hi Adir,

You can place a component horizontally or vertically, but not on an angle. The wire, you can adjust it so that it's on an angle and to this click on it and

you will see the vertices, click on the vertex and drag it, the wire will follow.

You can create a component symbol yourself so that the symbol in on an angle, but this is really a lot of work and it's difficult to work with.

really badly need this for designing a diagram. I also used multisim for constructing presentation because i dont needed to draw a line on the editor.. really handy, when u get a impromptu reports in circuit designing
