Anybody can help me to correct the circuit of PIC16F84 controlled AD conversion ??

I designed a circuit that using PIC16F84 to control the ADC device to make the conversion and transmit the data to later connected PC.
But it seems something wrong with the circuit and the assembly language code in PIC. It can not run well and get the function.
Who can help me to correct the errors?
