Ability to change a component foot print in Ultiboard

I updated to newer version and found an issue from old version to new. In the old version I could click on a part and high light it. Then

I could go into library and change the foot print like a surface mounted resistor from say a 0402 to 1206 foot print. On the new version

is states you can and I did as it states but the library has nothing in it?
