74ls192 not counting - probably something simple

Hi. It might be completely possible that as I'm working with this simple circuit at 4 a clock in the morning I don't see an obvious problem.

I specially want to use the 74ls192 or 193 or this circuit and I don't see why I can't get this to count. I have included a screen cap of the situation.

If someone wants probably an easy problem to solve, which may have nothing to do with Multsim, there you go... I would really appreciate.

And, those connections under the display are not shorted. They are just on top of each other and the problem is not there. When probing the counter outputs it doesn't start counting. 

Hopefully I don't have to be too ashamed
