3d breadboard does not load

I am using multisim education evaluation. The 3d breadboard does not load at all.
 
Any ideas?

This seems to be related to the previous post.

Check Help>>About Multisim, and see what build version you are running, if it is 10.0.144 or 10.0.175 you need to patch your software. There is a 1 MB download for NI Circuit Design Suite 10.0.0.1.

However, if you want to bring your software to the latest update, download NI Circuit Design Suite 10.0.1 Educational, but this one is a 270 MB download since it is a full installer.

This should fix the breadboard.
