Hello!

If my design is work fine in multisim simulator is that consider an indicator for that it will work at real world too?

It does!

 

But if you study engineering, or if you are an engineer you might know that nothing is like on the simulator, you need to take into account your power supply, noise, wiring and some other things that in the real world tend to bring complications to the circuit.
