We have a desktop PC that runs Windows 7 (64-bit). Is the 64-bit Labview 2012 version compatible with
PCI 7813R & PCI 6225 cards?

It really depends on which versions of the DAQmx driver you have. I think if you have all the newest versions you should be ok. the PCIe-6225 is not supported but the PCI-6225 is.
here are the sources that I got this information from.

I hope this helps.

There aren't 64-bit versions of the FPGA or RT modules at this time. The LabVIEW FPGA Host interface does support 64-bit, but this is just to interface with the Target once a bitfile has been deployed, and does not let you create new bitfiles from LabVIEW 64-bit.
So, if you're doing development on this machine, you should use the 32-bit version of LabVIEW (works fine, even on x64 OSes). Your hardware will all still work no matter what. I just wanted to be clear that for development, you should use the 32-bit version of LabVIEW when working with the FPGA or RT modules.
