When analog input of 6008 is selected as differential and a signal is taken, baseline of the signal differ from zero. How can be done the baseline zero?
Try shorting the two input terminals together, then see that they read zero. If they don't, and you don't have any scales/offsets applied, then I'd call NI as it sounds like the device failed. (Or just buy another, they're cheap for a reason.)
