the reading of NI 9201 ADC fluctuate

Hello every body

I have a cDAQ-9185 with two NI 9201 cards (12 bit ADC). I'm trying to read the voltage from 12 load cells.

Unfortunately the reading of the voltage fluctuate strongly (about +/- 50mV which equals to +/- 20N)

but when I tried the same connection with Arduino UNO and three ADS1117 (16 bit ADC) I got slightly accurate results +/- 1N which equals to +/- 2.5mV (to check if the problem from the connection), I'm not planning to use Arduinos in my project therefore I need help to find why I'm getting this fluctuation with cDAQ and not with Arduino

I also tried the same connection with Autolog 3000 (CA3460 card) and came out with no problems +/- 0.5N which equals less than 1mV

the load cells I'm using are HBM U9C 2kN with inline Amplifire:

    input voltage: 24V

    output: 0 to 5V  (1N = 2.5mV)

I drew simplified schematic of my connections of the arduino and NI9201
