settling time for PCI-6281

I am using the PCI-6281 for single channel acquisition at 600KS/s. For a current application I need to know how long the sampling 'gate' is open, i.e. how long is the sampling period and how long is the interval between samples (the two adding up to 1/600K = 1.67 microseconds).

I found this article on ni.com that explains the how you can obtain the convert clock's rate. The convert clock is what is used to generate data acquisition. Here are some more resources:
