problem with analog output on USB 6211

Hi, I am trying to use the anaolog outputs on a USB 6211 DAQ card. The card is incapable of outputting anything lower than 3.371V on both ao0 and ao1 when referenced to the ao ground.   This problem has developed recently. Prior to this, I have had the card functioning normally.

I have played around with MAX and I can set a DC output value which is higher than this and the card functions perfectly. Is it likely to be a fault with the card, or am I missing something? 

I am running DAQmx v 9.7.

Sounds like ya fried something. 

Do the analog inputs work?

I'd contact NI for RMA/Repair.  Not much anyone else can do about it.
