My computer is not recognizing my myDAQ. The device monitor for NI devices does not show my myDAQ and there are no window pop up. The USB ports for my computer are working. The USB card for the myDAQ is working and the myDAQ shows a steady blue light. I repair both the myDAQmx and the ELVISmx but it still doesn't work. I even reinstall these drivers and it still won't work. I even download the troubleshooting utility but it is unable to locate the Labview run-time engine. Can you help me?
