multiple channel DAQ-1200

I am trying to acquire data from to channels in differential mode. Though
the test panel shows the data as expected when I use a modified version of
SCANsingleBufSync, I seem to be acquiring the same data on both channels,
none corresponding. Any advice, please?

The SCAN_Op function is not supported by the 1200 Series boards. You should use the Lab_ISCAN_Op function instead.
