latest DaqMX hardware drivers and latest DaqMX

Hello,

I want to make sure I have the latest device drivers and DaqMX software on my Win7-32bit systems.

The support download page has both NI-DAQmx v9.5.1 and NI Device Drivers v2012.02.

Does the DAQmx v9.5.1 include the drivers from NI Device Drivers v2012.02?  Or do I have to install both of these?

Your question is backwards. A device drivers distribution includes DAQmx, NI-VISA, etc. Not the other way around. If all you need is DAQmx, then just download that and install it.

Ni Device Drivers v2012.02 says it contains DaqMX v9.3.5..  If I want the latest DaqMX v9.5.1, I think I still have to install both.

If you want the latest DAQmx, then why would you do an install of something that is downlevel? You can certainly waste as much time as you want but I certainly don't see the point unless you need all of the other hardware drivers.
