Dear Sir,
Did you find the reply for the problem encountered in the PXI 6238 Card while applying more than one 4-20 mA DC current input signal? I am experiencing the same. Please revert in case you have a solution.

According to the NI 6238 user manual in Chapter 4 Analog Input ,The methods suggest AI GND should be connected.
