how can we trigger the daqpad-mio-16xe-50

i use daqpad-mio-16xe-50 with tb-52 or sometime with bnc-2090 and for data acquisition i use continuos and acquire to spreadsheet file from custem daq application in labview.i want to trigger the daqpad such that my pad will start on triggering and after my application completed stop at second trigger.how can i do that,also explain that triggering is digital or analog.

Take a look at one of the analog input examples that ship with LabVIEW that use triggering. They will show you how you set it up in LabVIEW. Then, connect the to the appropriate pin, probably Trig1. There is more info on this in the attached manual in chapter 3.
