I need help programming the counter located on my AT-MIO-16DE-10 multi-function bd.

For the information you provided in your two questions, i can only point you to check the LabVIEW counter examples (those for DAQ-STC), which are in the LabVIEW Help, or to check the Measurement Studio or CVI examples which are sent off with the package itself. You must use the STC examples, only. If you have questions regarding the I/O connector, check the User Manual for the board. The pinout in the scb-100 corresponds one to one to that of the board itself.
