earthing / grounding PXI 6341 SCB68

Good morning, a urgent question:

are the AI GND, AO GND, D GND of the PXIe 6341 all connected to Chassis?

If I measure from chassis to one of them I get continuity (using a Fluke multimeter).

I've not found this information in any NI document I read.

Thanks.

Short: Yes.

The trick is where they are connected to reduce EMC issues 😉

“ground” is a convenient fantasy

Yes, they are all connected at the module.

They are all kept separate in the cable and SCB-68.

You can verify this by disconnecting the cable from the module and measuring continuity on the SCB.  It should be open.
