daq mx 3.3.0 for mac fails to install

Hi everyone, 

im using A late model 2009 macbook with LabVIEW 2009 student addition and im trying to load the DAQmx 3.3.0 for mac.  I was able to download the program and get through 99% of the install but right at the end the program fails to install.  I dont really have any other information to elaborate on but i will try to give you all the background that i have,  

I have the latest version of MAC OS, so i know its not an issue of compatability.   

The version of labview i have is the Fall 2009 student edition.

any help is much appreciated.

Hello kyleS,

Dennis's link explains what is happening with DAQmx Base and Snow Leopard, but I also want you to take a look at/join the Mac Users Group.  Our R&D needs all the feedback they can get on this issue.  Tell anyone else you know who has a Mac to check it out as well.
