connet industrial output signal to CB-68LP

I have a problem to connect industrial output signal(1-5VDC) to CB-68LP.
Please help me as soon as possible.

You need to provide more information than you did so we can help you better.

The CB-68LP is a connector block only which will follow the features of the DAQ board that is connected to it, as far as number of channels, sample rate, pinout, etc.

Please, be more specific on what sort of problems you are seeing there.
