Solved: Had to un-reserve and then reserve to this computer. Works fine now.
But I still want to know if there is a place to look up error codes.

The best place to look up error codes is simply punching them in to your favorite search engine. This will bring up NI documentation to describe the error along with forum posts like this one which can have more insight into the cause of the error and troubleshooting steps/solutions.

Glad you found a fix. But the description leaves me a little wanting. Did you have to use a develop computer to unreserve and then the application computer to reserve your cDAQ? I have run out of time today to test this.
