Hi guys,
we have four cDAQ-9188 Ethernet chasis and with two of them we can communicate through Mini PCIe Intel GEthernet cards, but we are experiencing problems with Realtek models. When we use the Realtek devices, the 9188 doesn't show properly in MAX, we need to self-test the chasis for the modules to show as connected. The chasis icon has a red X, and the module icons are white and not usable, they all turn blue after the self-test and then they are usable.
Is this because of the Realtek hardware itself or maybe some advanced configuration of the ethernet card is involved? We have covered the jumbo-packets stuff, and the IP and LAN configuration is correct, we have equivalent configurations in every chasis; they just behave differently.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Hello Joe Perkins,
at the moment you have to programmatically reset the device.
Attached a vi for this.
