c-DAQ 9184 power on problem

I'm having c-DAQ 9184. Everytime when I power it ON, in MAX, it shows 9184 status as connected and other modules status as not present with red color cross. When I delete c-DAQ 9184 then it installs all the drivers and I can able to communicate with it. What could be the reason?

Hi, I've got the same problem with c-daq 9185 but I press reset/ restart and then it works. But this is quite annoying and should not be this way, did you find a solution?
