Why does my single point DAQ ran in a for loop take 3 times longer to run some days?

After I reload the sofware from a duplicate station the DAQ runs fine fo r a while.

Single point DAQ uses software timing, so some days the computer is probably more bogged down than others.  When that happens, then you have slower acquisition times because the DAQ application is fighting with other applications for processor time. 

If you want to increase the speed then decrease the other applications running.  Keep in mind that it's software dependent, so what you see is likely very different than what somebody else sees.
