From what I'm seeing, this might possibly need to be called into support to be fixed.
However, I would first try re-installing the latest Traditional DAQ driver. Depending on what driver you currently have, there may have been some fixes for you:
Traditional DAQ 7.4.1: http://digital.ni.com/softlib.nsf/websearch/3DBF3D343476A28F8625709E006A4937?...Note that if you're using VI Logger with Traditional DAQ Devices, which is the 4351, then you must have VI Logger Full (not Lite) for it to use the card.
If this does not fix the problem, you can also try a different PXI slot. If that doesn't work (it most likely won't), then call us at 866.275.6964 to possibly get it fixed.
