I was wondering if anyone has had more success with one version of Windows Mobile over another using the LabVIEW Windows Module?

 

I want to use a PDA/mobile phone with a serial port or USB OTG to control a peripheral.  I also need to supply power to the peripheral.  Any PDA/phone recommendations?  It would be nice to transmit the data using the cell phone as well.
