Where do I plug the + and - ?

Hello,

I need to control a control valve with a voltage 0...10 V.

I have to connect a "+" and a "-" wires. If I plug them wrong they burn.

In my NI-9263 I have

AO0

COM

AO1

COM

AO2

COM

AO3

COM

NC

COM

So a channel is by example AO0 and COM.

But does the + goes on AO0 and the - on COM, or the - on AO0 and the + on COM ?

Thanks a lot !

Is there a source where I can verify that ? I haven't found anything in the NI9263 datasheet.

Thanks a lot (cf picture)

COM = GND = -.  So - goes to the COM and + goes to AOx.

Also look at the valve and make sure it does not exceed the available current draw. What kind of circuitry does it have?
