What should be input voltage for calculate accuracy!!!!!

Hi...

I try to calculate Absolute accuracy by hand with the formular introduced on NI webpage. My application is

scxi1328-->scxi1121-->NI PCI 6052E

My question is
1. How to calculate absolute accuracy for scxi1328. As the manual I have only the accuracy at the temperature range.

2. I calculate absolute accuracy for scxi-1121 but I got different answer from the Accuracy online. The result is quite big. I use parameter as following

-->Input range +/- 50 mV, overall gain = 100, From table I got

% reading (Max) = 0,6478
offset = 58 uV
System Noise (4 Hz) = 1,44 uV

* Average at 100 point. No Temp drift and This hardware is in 1 year.

*Input Voltage pass through terminal box scxi 1328, sensor
is PT100. Input voltage measure at the output of PT100 = 0.016V

3. I confuse about input voltage eg. If I calculate scxi1121 --> input should be 0.016 V from PT100

???? but if I calculate DAQ 6052E --> what input I should use between 0.016 V or 1.6 V (because after SCXI1121 the voltage input is amplifier with 100)

Thank you for any kind help..

Hello,
there is a link where the accuracy of a complete system is calculated.
