Using NI-cdaq 9174/9184 on artigo A1250 with windows 7 x64

Hello.

We have been working with both cDaq-9174 and cDaq-9184 chassis and NI-9425 and NI-9237 modules for reading digital and analog signals from loops and load cells for a couple of years.

Our solution is programmed entirely using C language and National Instruments dll for C programming language, and it successfully runs on a windows 7 (x64) regular computer.

We are trying to migrate our regular PC to a more industrial based solution, using Via Artigo A1250 instead a regular PC. Artigo A1250 runs windows 7 (x64).

Using exactly the same version of National Instruments driver (both tried 9.6 and 9.7.5) our solution runs perfectly on the regular PC but it DOES NOT on Artigo A1250. The loop signals go crazy (it is not a constant like 00000000011111111110000000000 and instead it has jumps on the values 000001100011111111000000) and the values we read from the analog module (9237) are about 1000 times higher.

It is important to say that:

 - We have the same issue using USB 2.0 based solution (cDaq-9174) and ethernet based solution (cDaq-9184).

 - We are using the same hardware (loops connectors, load cells, etc) on both cases (we disconnect the pc and connect the artigo, and vice-versa).

Do NI drivers have problems on artigo A1250 based solutions? what can be the problem?

Thanks a lot

Hola nrodriguez,

Saludos!!
