USB-6451(OEM) connector pin out

I am using USB-6451(OEM) for one of my application, not sure about the connector pin positions, need to confirm whether below consideration is correct.

I presume the shrouded header IDC connector is on the top of the PCBA.

Your assumption of pin# against the polarization shroud is correct,

We finally got one of the 6451 OEM boards. Here is an image for you. The diagram you posited is correct (top of board has the USB, ground, and box header with pin 1 in lower-left). I do believe you have the connectors backwards though, AI (P1) is on the left while AO and DIO (P2) is on the right.
