USB 6216 doesn't come back when waking computer from sleep

I have a USB 6216 that I am embedding in a product for our customer.  Trouble is that when the computer goes to sleep and then wakes back up I can no longer communicate with the DAQ.  The way to get it back is to unplug the USB cable and plug it back in.  This is unacceptable for the final delivered product.  Is there anyway to wake the DAQ back up via software?  Thanks.

Which version of the NI-DAQmx driver are you using?  We've experienced some problems with certain machines that don't properly follow the USB protocol and as a result the computer doesn't detect the USB-6216.  We implemented a change in NI-DAQmx 9.0.2 that helps address this.
