Since you don't have any functions that do any saving, no one has any idea of the types of problems you are having. There are numerous examples for saving to text or tdms.

I would just use the DAQmx Configure Logging.vi.  With that, you tell the DAQmx driver to stream the data straight to a TDMS file.  It is by far the easiest and most efficient way to log your data to a file.
