USB 6009 not responding in Lab VIEW

[1] There is not an i386 version of that framework with LabVIEW 8.2.  If you need to get rid of the error message, you can try deleting this framework.  Otherwise, you will just have to ignore that particular error.

[2] When you set a digital port to input, the lines are set to a high impedance state.  If you don't connect an external signal to these lines, you will read those lines as high, which is why you get a reading of F's.
