USB-6001 DIO Logic Level (3.3V Compatible?), Leakage Current

Related Documentation:

Is the USB-6001 DIO compatible with 3.3V logic levels?  It looks like for active-drive output, it is configured for 3.3V logic levels.  And then for open-colelctor output, it can be configured for 3.3V or 5V.

Also, isn't the maximum leakage current of 0.8mA (at 3.3V) and 4.5 mA (at 5V) on the high side?

The specifications page you referenced states that the USB 6001 supports both LVTTL and TTL logic levels. LVTTL should be used for 3.3-volt power supplies and memory interfacing.

The 0.8 mA and 4.5 mA leakage current specs (for both input and output) are both maximums.

Hi guys,

I am a bit confusing with the pin 15 of the right connector. The one which says + 5V

In page 10 "Signal Descriptions" it says that this pin is for providing +5 V power up but in page 23 it seems that the 5V come from the USB.

What is this 15th pin for?

I also need 3v3 instead of 5v so ¿could i connect this pin to 3v3?

Thanks and best regards

Hi Alubeiro,

Just like NYC said above, your question has been answered on your other post. In the future, NI encourages you to not post the same question on multiple threads in order for contributors to give you the best help possible. If comments and information are kept in one thread, it is easier to respond and solve your problem as efficiently as we can,

Thanks!
