USB-6000 shows up in NI MAX, but not in NI Device Monitor, and unable to perform Self-Test

Solved!
Go to solution

I'm having trouble setting up an NI USB-6000. I'm able to see the device in MAX, but I'm not able to right-click on it to perform a Self-Test. In addition, the device does not show up in NI Device Monitor. I'm running LabVIEW 2017 (32-bit) [f1] and DAQmx 17.1.1, but I've yet to begin trying to use LabVIEW with the device. So far, I've only tried repairing DAQmx and reinstalling it from scratch, both to no avail. Any help would be very appreciated!
