Sorry I can't be more help. We had this problem for at least 30 installs. This has not been the problem over the last series of installs. I never knew if this was a system security issue as a result of our company security settings, hardware (computer type-model), or specifically the NI Driver. The work around I provided up front on this post got us through the issue but it was a nuisance. The only thing I know for sure that is different now is the NI Driver level and have not needed to use the work around for a while.
