Trying to figure out what could wrong with NI-SCXI-1300 block

Hello NI help forum! 

While working on school project, one of the student in my group has accidentally, plugged in the 12V into the NI SCXI-1300 monitor block and he saw some smoke and smelled plastic burning smell. Now, I am trying to measure room temperature using K type thermo-couple and its giving about (100 degC), on each channel. The Chassis SCXI 100, SCXI-1349 and SCXI-1100 works fine, since, SCXI 1303 works fine with the same combination. 

I am a Mechanical Engineering student and don't know much about these equipments. Can someone guide that is it repairable (NI SCXI 1300), if yes about how much will it cost? any other suggestions will be appreciated.
