Thermocouple NITB4353 connection issue

Hi

I have these 2 NITB4353 modules and NI PXIe-1073 installed on a WIN10 computer, following the instruction of the manual. However, the NI-Max was able to detect only NI PXIe-8361, which is MXI,  but no NI PXIe-1073 or the NITB4353 modules. All drivers are installed already.

Hi, thank you for the info.

I followed the article, and it suggested that I should be able to find National Instruments SMBus Controller  and some PCI-to-PCI bridge in the device manager. But I couldn't find any of that. I wonder what could lead to that

?
