I have a more advanced application that includes signal processing but I see similar issues in the stripped down VI attached. I am trying to send a chirp through an audio device and perform a frequency respopnse on it. However When trying to synchronize my output and input I seem to always get the tail end of the chirp at the beginning of my waveform input. Am I doing something wrong? How do I compensate for this.
Thanks,
Brad

Hi XxDarkLightning,
Which module are you using to perform that synchronization?

I am using a PXI-4461.

Hello XxDarkLightning,
With our DSA devices there are set delays from our acquisitions. This is due to the Digital filter we use in preprocessing. In your case it looks like you are reading values from the previous time the system was run. I would try putting a Read VI right after the start task of the acquisition that reads N samples. The amount of samples to read will 63. You can verify this information in the Manual looking under the ADC Filter Delay section. Give this a try and see if it works!
