Synchronisation on PCI6052E board

I'd like to synchronise an analogic acquisition with analogic waveforms generation.
I use a single PCI6052E board. I'm using LabWindows CVI 5.0.1 under NT4.0.
I manage to generate the waveforms and to acquire the analogic gignals. But
I don't
manage to start acquisition on the start of the waveforms generation. So,
I lose information about my acquired signals.
Can you help me to configurate the acquisition in order to start it at the
begining of the waveforms generation.
