How do we control more than one relay at the time (PXI-2569) using niSwitch?

The former relay control from DAQmx that opened multiple relays is now considered as deprecated.

Can we switch all relays in a loop without a timer or each relay must be within the Maximum Cycle Speed?

Ex: 2569 has a 145cycles/s, does that mean that I need to flip each individual with a delay of 7ms between each relay?
