Setting Of Iex value, Iex source, Terminal configuration, dB Reference

Hi, I'm very new in using DAQ. I'm using NI USB-4432 to measure the acceleration from Dytran, 3225F1 accelerometer using LabView SignalExpress 2009. I'm facing problem in setting up the Configuration. I know that the sensitivity is from accelerometer, but I am not sure what settings to put in IEX Source, IEX Value, Terminal Configuration, dB Reference and coupling mode in the Device setup. Where should I look for this information? What should I consider before I do any setting? What is the meaning of its? Please advise. Thanks.

1. If your sensor support 2.1mA excitation current, you can use internal excitation at 2.1mA. Else, use external excitation, and set it to desired value.

2. 4432 only supports pseudo-differential terminal configuration.

3. Set it to 1 so that when you calculate dB, it'll refrence to 1g.

4. If you wish to see DC bias voltage, choose DC coupling, but if you just wish to see acceleration, choose AC coupling.

by the way, what is the meaning of 'signal input range'? From where I can get this value? Please advise. Thanks.

I'm joining in this discussion because I'm searching similar information. This is the datasheet of the accelorometers I'm using.

For that one, what is the right value for Iex value, Iex source, Terminal configuration, dB Reference?
