SPI with PCI or USB DAQ

Someone has create the interface SPI with one of this data acquisition?
In both I have IN / OUT Digital ports, and a clock generation....

I have the same issue. I am also looking for a solution to implement a SPI interface using the PCI-6259 card.

If someone has an idea, it would be very helpful.
