SCXI - 1102 Channel 31 doesn't read correctly.

I have a 0-10V signal plugged into channel 31 of an SCXI-1102.  The channel reads fine as long as the voltage of the signal remains below about 2V.  As the signal increase past 2V, the measurement drops to near zero.  Other channels on 1102 start registering a false signal at that point as well.

Every other channel on the 1102 works properly.  I have tried making the measurement on channel 31 of another 1102, same problem.

Is there something special about channel 31?  Do I need to configure it differently to read a 0-10V signal?

Hello Jeff,

I see that you are using the SCXI-1102 and specifically channel 31 is give you some problems. Channel 31 is one of the differential input channels on the SCXI-1102.

What are you using to test the channel?
Have you tried opening a MAX test panel to test the issue?
What settings have you selected?
Are you selecting the correct range?
Have you tried the module in a different slot?
