SCB-68 to PCI-6251

SCB-68 to PCI-6251

I replaced a PCI-6052E with a PCI-6251 connected to an SCB-68 and now have lost some connections to my LabView DAQ program. Is the pinout different in going from the SCB-68 to the PCI-6052E vs the now connected PCI-6251? What changes do I need to make in either connections or in the software?
