Requesting feedback if you've ever tried to access NI support and gotten a "Your NI user account is not associated with a service membership" message

Thanks for your thoughts. I posted in 3 boards (one software and two hardware) in an attempt to reach a variety of users who may have had this experience. I hope it's not too great an inconvenience to the subset of users who may be active in all three boards 🙂

No problem. I just wanted to make sure that all answers will be in one place to avoid duplicate and overlapping responses, causing fragmentation of the discussion.

 

(A better way would be to post the entire thing in exactly one place and just do short posts with a link in a limited set of other places as needed)

Yep, the survey link is the same on all posts so all answers will be collected in the same place.
