Reconstruction of Self Mixing Interferometer Algorithms

I am so new at Labview and my brain has gone. : [  

I can read sawtooth signals from Daq assistant on labview but how can write and link a reconstruction with Fourier transformations code and how can I show the reconstructions modulations/demodulations graph of FFT or FT ?
